Life post cycle syncing

I couldn’t believe how drastic of a change cycle syncing made to my life. I struggle with PCOS and subsequently have really harsh period symptoms, but ever since talking to Selina and really tracking and working around my cycle, my symptoms have calmed significantly. I feel as though I have more energy, I’m more clear minded and above all, I experience FAR LESS pain than I used to. I used to be on prescribed cramp pain killers and I haven’t felt the need to take them since I’ve started cycle syncing! 100% would recommend to any woman really just to understand your body more and understand the power of foods and activities!

It's been going super well

I was definatley struggling with years of weight gain, stress, acne, hair loss and not having everyday energy to enjoy my life. I wanted to go back on the pill until I started training with Selina and she taught me all about cycle sycning. I was a little aprehensive at first, I didn't know if I would stick to it. But the past few months have been going super well! We train onine a few times a week and I go alone a few times a week. Just to say that I have been doing workouts consistently to me is amazing, because it's not something I would have imagined myself doing a few months ago.

I love training with my cycle

I met Selina just before I turned 40. I noticed I was struggling to loose weight as easily as I used to. Very low energy, I didn't feel like I had the strength and capability to workout at the same level that I used to. Selina has been great at helping me understand that post 40 I need to consider my health in a different way. That includes thinking about my hormones, and the type of exercise I need to do. And leanring more about how to eat to support that. Selina helped my understand that I needed to eat more protein , I am vegan. Selina helped me understand that as women get older, we actually need more protein to build muscle that will help us in older age. Ontop of that, I now know that I need to work out with my cycle to achieve the results I want.
