I offer classes both online and in person. When you purchase your Pilates class, I will send you an email with a link to join our WhatsApp group - I will keep you updated weekly with links for online classes, and the exact locations of where the in-person classes are held.

Can I cancel the subscription option?

Yes if you choose to go for the 20% off subscription option, you can cancel or pause at any time that you like.

Is Pilates the right choice for me?

Pilates is a great option if you are looking for something fun, interactive and still very challenging.

I have experienced a huge change in my body and mind after learning about Pilates, and I have found that it has made me fall in love with exercise even more.

It is a great choice for anyone, at any level of fitness.

What if I have specific health concerns like joint pain or high blood pressure?

I will work with you to consider any existing health conditions or injuries. Pilates includes modifications for joint health, mobility, and injury prevention. I can provide low-impact exercises that build strength without putting stress on your joints, and incorporate cardiovascular routines that are heart-healthy. It’s always important to check with your doctor first, but many of my clients with health concerns have found that Pilates improves their overall health.

Is it too late to start a fitness routine after years of inactivity?

Absolutely not! It's never too late to start. Many of my clients find their fitness levels improve significantly when they commit to Pilates, even after years of inconsistency.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back into it, Pilates will help you make gradual, sustainable progress.

How can Pilates help me as a woman over 40

As we age, our bodies undergo various changes, such as slower metabolism, muscle loss, and a decrease in bone density. Pilates helps to counteract these changes by focusing on strength, flexibility, and overall fitness ability.

Responsive challenging workouts

Selina is a trainer that really responds to her clients with workouts that fit the need for her groups. From online to picturesque beach settings, her workouts are challenging, with focus on strengthening and power! I’ve enjoyed how she motivates us to put in that last rep and offers encouragement to push a little harder than you did before. Her classes are the best start to my weekend!

Lovely beach Pilates

As a beginner Pilates girlie I could not have wished for a better teacher than Selina. She explains it all very well, brings the energy everything and knows exactly how to work the female body. Even with my artritis I can follow the lessons, I can always asks for an adjustment if needed. The classes are different each week, which is perfect to work the whole body. I felt muscles I didn’t know I had🤣 always looking forward to the classes and feeling amazing afterwards. Thank you Selina!💗

Amazing Classes

Selina's Pilates classes are amazing! It's my first time doing Pilates and the classes are not easy but, I need pushing. After 4 weeks (once a week) I can already see and feel a change in my body. I love Selina's teaching style, she talks you through everything whilst demonstrating at the same time. She's total power woman, it's inspiring! She's really encouraging too and always offers variations. She welcomes questions too, which is great for a Pilates beginner like me. It's fab to have the option of doing the class live online from home or going down to the beach. The online class means I can still take part when I'm away from home. I get excited all week for the next class and I'm really looking forward to experiencing how my overall strength will change in the coming months.
